What size is the jumping castle?
We have a number of different sized castles available. Some are suitable for backyards and others are best in a park or open space. Each product description provides individual castle measurements.
Will my jumping castle fit?
Each castle is a different size, our range of castles are from 3.5m to 10 m in length and 3.5m to 5m in width. Please check the sizes of your chosen castle and allow at least 1metre extra space around the castle for blower and setup. Please also ensure that a power supply is nearby.
Can my castle be set up on any surface?
Our jumping castles can be placed on most surfaces i.e. grass, timber deck, concrete etc. It needs to be flat, even and clear from any sharp objects, stones, tree branches, garden waste and any animal waste that may damage or dirty the castles.
How will the castle be secured?
A grassed area is the safest surface for a jumping castle as we can peg the castle down securely. Some of our smaller jumping castles can be set up on concrete/smooth bitumen, using sand bags and a safety crash mat for the entrance. We can also set up on artificial turf. However, dirt, mulch, rough concrete/bitumen and/or gravel are not suitable surfaces for jumping castles at any time. If you are unsure we can organise a site inspection to avoid disappointment.
How tall is the jumping castle?
Along with a flat surface, an extra metre around the castle, every castle booking requires an open space above it. So look up for trees, power lines, pergolas etc that encroach on to your designated ground space. Most of our castles are at least 4m tall.
Do I need to supply the electricity?
Each castle needs a blower to inflate with air, this requires electricity. We will need access to power for the full booking time. We will supply the extension cords. However, if you are at a park or venue without electricity, we have a generator available for hire. Please discuss this at the time of booking.
Can I have a castle set up in a Park, Picnic Point, Sport Ground or Public Reserves?
Yes. If you require us to set up in a public reserve or park you must have permission from the council & check if there are any requirements or fees. The ground must also be clear of any sharp objects or obstructions prior to castle arrival & set up. You may need to hire a generator if there is no power supply. We do have a generator available for hire, please discuss your needs with us at the time of booking.
What access is required?
We require a 1 metre wide pathway that is clear of all obstacles. In the case of narrow or uneven pathway or steps, please notify us in advance to discuss alternative options.

Upon booking, you will need to provide a contact name and number, also the event times, location and surface. Deposits are welcome but not compulsory.
What hours can I book the castle?
Safety is important to us; therefore we operate castles in daylight hours. Consequently, we pack up before sunset at any given time of the year. Please discuss your event times with our friendly staff.
How far in advance should I book a jumping castle?
To be confident of getting what you want, at the time you want, we suggest booking 4-6 weeks in advance (more for corporate or Christmas bookings). Warmer months are generally busier and book out fast, and some designs are more popular than others. If you want a specific castle design to fit in with your theme you would need to secure it early. If you find there is less time than that, please still contact us as we have a large number of jumping castles and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash payment can be made on delivery, or bank deposit online.
Do you charge for delivery and setup?
Delivery and setup is absolutely FREE within a 10km radius of our warehouse in Toongabbie. If your event is outside this area, please contact us to discuss a personalised price.
Do you require a deposit?
Deposits are welcome, but not compulsory.

On the day of your Event
How long does it take to set up the Castle?
Please allow 15 minutes to assemble and 15 minutes to dismantle and pack up. It might take longer to setup and pack up depending on pathways, steps and any other obstacles i.e. air conditioning units, water heaters or uneven surface. Please notify us when booking of any extra access information.
Is the set up and pack up done within my booked time?
The set up and pack up is always done outside of your booked time. For backyard parties the set up and/or pack up can be done anytime during the 2 hours prior to your booked start time. This is because we often have many castles to set up at the same time. For supervised bookings the castle will generally be set up in the 30-60 minutes prior to your booked start time. Access will need to be made available. All of this will be clarified in the week prior to your event.
How long does the castle stay at my house/event for?
The minimum hire time is generally 4 hours, although we do offer longer time slots if required.
When do you deliver?
At Wonderland Jumping Castles we are committed to delivering your inflatable on or before your requested time. For events with specific time slots allocated, we ensure delivery and pick up is at the time requested. For informal bookings, we are often more flexible with time. On a day when several castles are booked for the same time e.g. 4 castles are booked to be delivered at 2 pm, in order to deliver all castles on time our driver might deliver your castle earlier than your requested time of delivery and you will not be charged any extra for this. All of this will be clarified in the week prior to your event.
What happens if the Driver is late?
Considering the same scenario of several castles booked at the same time for delivery around Sydney sometimes due to unexpected traffic conditions or delays; our staff will notify you of the delay ASAP. Where possible, we may offer extra time (equivalent to delayed time) to compensate. No further discounts will be given.
