- TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT & EQUIPMENT HIRE
The lessee hires from WONDERLAND JUMPING CASTLES as the Lessor, for the unit/s as signed.
- DELIVERY
The lessee, allow the Lessor the right to enter the property listed above, to deliver and pick up of the hired unit at the indicated time. And by their instructions we bring our equipment into their property.
- SHIPPING AND MANAGEMENT EXPENSE
The lessee, allow the Lessor the right to enter the property listed above, to deliver and pick up of the hired unit at the indicated time.And by their instructions we bring our equipment into their property.
- COMMON GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW DURING THE USE OF THE UNIT
(A) Only fitting group and sizes of people shall jump on the unit at one time. (B) All people must remove their shoes before entering unit. (C) Flips are not allowed. This is important to prevent injuries to back and neck,. (D) Your supervision is entirely essential at all times. As the lessee of wonderland jumping castle unit, children’s safety and the safety of all riders is in your responsibility. (E) ‘NO swing or hanging of the sides, walls, obstacles or ceiling, (F) NO gum, no candy, no food and drink’, streamers, silly string or any other gluey materials are allowed in the unit. (G) Do not move the WONDERLAND JUMPING CASTLE Unit from its installed place by our staff. If the unit moves pull the corner back to the place of original installation. Keep the castle/s away from swimming pools and fires. The customer will pay for fixation and cleaning for Fire damage and filth.
- IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS
Our castles are designed and produced meticulously to service reliably. If in case they start to collapse, probably the motor blower has stopped working. C the electricity connection at the connection near the motor, or the power point to ensure the joining is tight. Unplug and re connect them. If the electricity supply is failed, evacuate the unit straightway. If the issue is not solved, contact Wonderland Jumping Castles on 04-5867-5867
- SAFETY AND HAZARD ACTION RESPONSIBILITY
If the leased item/s and accessories are not returned or are damaged the Lessee agrees to pay the full value price of the leased items. The lessee acknowledges that he/she has been instructed about the safe operations of the unit and he/she fully understands it about the mentioned unit in this agreement.
- MAINTENANCE
Lessee agrees to keep the unit in the same condition as when received. The Lessee will pay for any filth on the castles that requires more thatn general cleaning standards. Please No bonfires or fireworks around the castles. Customer will pay for ash and fire damage and cleaning.
- CHANGES AND AFFECTIONS
No modifications will be made to the castles without prior agreement with the Lessor. No cover attachment, paint or balloon attachments.
- GUARANTEE
Lessor secures that the leased castle under this Rental Agreement will be in good condition on the order on the dates of the Rental Agreement. The unit is delivered and maintained subject to this warranty. Lessor’s obligation under this Rental Agreement is limited to repair and replacement of the unit when Lessor determines that it does not conform to this warranty.
- TITLE TO
Lessee must keep the WONDERLAND JUMPING CASTLE Unit in his/her supervision and not to sublease, rent, sell or remove from the delivery address or transfer the unit. The unit will remain in the property of the Lessor and may be removed by Lessor anytime after the end of the rental agreement.
- STATEMENT OF LIABILITY
The Lessee shall be in charge of the unit’s operation and is fully responsible for its operation as well as return of the WONDERLAND JUMPING CASTLE unit in good working condition. In case of any injury occurring to the Lessee or any other person using the unit Lessor and its staff, employees and agents is/are not responsible for. The Lessee agrees to hold the Lessor and it’s staff, employees and agents free and harmless against any injury or claims.
The Lessee shall assure the Lessor and it’s staff, employees and agents from and against any costs incurred due to the claims from anyone and for solicitor’s fees and related costs involving the use and return of the unit, should legal action become necessary.
- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The Rental Agreement organises the full agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Time is of the essence in this Rental Agreement. The receipt of the castle that is subject of the rental agreement is in good working order and repair and this is so acknowledged by Lessee.
- RAIN POLICY
During periods of service weather conditions, (ie. rain, high winds), we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not to severe we will give you the option of keeping the booking or not. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of this rental agreement, there will be no refund. If, due to adverse weather conditions, you wish to cancel the Unit, you need to notify WONDERLAND JUMPING CASTLES 24 hours before the delivery of the unit. Any Injuries and damages, which may occur during this time, will be the responsibility of the Lessee. The Unit is always secured to the best of WONDERLAND JUMPING CASTLES ability, considering weather conditions, which may arise suddenly that we were unaware of. It is the Lessee’s responsibility to keep an eye on weather conditions as they change throughout the time of the hire. Switch the unit off if weather conditions change.
I accept the term of the Rental Agreement. I also herby agree that I heard verbally and understand the supervision and rules required. WE ARE DERTERMINED TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE. IT IS THE DRIVERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE JUMP IS PROPERLY SECURED DOWN AND IS IN A REASONABLE & CLEAN CONDITION. IF YOU FELL THAT THE DRIVER HAS NOT DONE A SATISFACTORY JOB SETTING UP THE UNIT PLEASE CALL US IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING WONDERLAND JUMPING CASTLES.
